Classic 1970s New Hudson 20' shopper ( manufactured by Raleigh) with a 3 speed Sturmey Archer hub gear, early SA grip shift and sturdy, virtually indestructable steel frame, rear Pletcher rack and great colour combination, these town rides were very popular during the late sixties and seventies with many thousands produced under the various brand names owned by Raleigh, this example is totally original and in our opinion in superb vintage condition, displaying some positive patina which is part of the bicycles history,  it has had one of our sympathetic restorations, new cables and bearings, tyres and now this classic is ready for the road again.
